Yates Car Wash & Detail Center

This is one of the worst car wash experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you care about your vehicle. The quality of the work was extremely poor, and it felt like there was no quality control at all. The staff seemed rushed and careless, leaving the truck with areas that were still dirty and handling the vehicle without the attention it deserved. Instead of treating customers' vehicles with care, they seemed more interested in getting the next car through the line. Whether you pay for a basic wash or one of their more expensive packages, the result is the same—you don't get the level of service you're paying for. A higher price doesn't mean better quality here.

I wanted to love this place! I got the Yates Car Wash (42$), wait time was 40 minutes. Got my car back and front window was not cleaned, dash was dusty, drivers window not clean, one side carpets were cleaned but the other was not. Has water spots in the inside of my car? For almost 40$ and getting back a direct car after 36 minutes, i would say save your money and go somewhere else. Note: there wasn’t a long line when I arrived. My car sat there for awhile and cleaning person left for 15 minutes mid clean…

I’ve been coming to Yates Car Wash for about 5 years, and unfortunately, it has declined. Prices have gone up about $15, but the service is still just average. The biggest issue is the lack of organization. They don’t seem to have enough staff for the volume of customers, and there’s no clear system for which cars get serviced after the wash. Cars are left sitting with no direction, which creates confusion and long waits. Today I arrived at 8:59 AM, and by 9:57 AM my car was just starting to be detailed inside. I had to go find someone to address it. While waiting, I watched at least 6 cars that arrived after me get serviced before mine. One or two is understandable, but six is unacceptable. There also seems to be inconsistent prioritization of certain vehicles, which adds to the frustration. Overall, the process lacks structure and fairness. This place used to be much better, but it’s clear things have slipped. Management needs to implement a better system, whether that’s numbering cars, organizing a proper line, or improving staffing. If you come here, be prepared to wait. It’s consistently busy, crowded, and unorganized. As a military veteran, I value efficiency and structu

Strongly recommend against. You are better off just using a cheap gas station car wash. I took my car in today, purchased the Yates Ultimate Wash which is their top interior/exterior wash. Cost $42 I believe, waited about an hour which I don’t mind, figured it meant they were doing a solid job. My primary goal of this was to get the salt off the car from winter and have it looking spiffy until it’s time for a full detail. All in all, for lack of any better words, terrible wash inside and out. Will add photos below. Bear in mind this car is brand new, delivered by dealer <3 months ago. Running it through this wash made the paint look like a barn find.

We brought our new Tesla to have the Ceramic Pro paint protection applied. On the way, a rock broke my windshield. John was so nice and offered to treat the paint and have us return to treat the replaced glass. The guys did an amazing job. Everything is shiny, including the tires. And they took great care of the interior, placing floor mats. I highly recommend this dealership and the service. A great protection for my car for years to come.
